Days 1 & 2: Maun / Nxai Pan National Park

We depart Maun early towards Gweta with lunch en route. Close to Phuduhudu we turn north and enter Nxai Pan National Park. Late afternoon we arrive at our camp, where you have time to relax and have a shower before enjoying sundowners around the campfire.
Early morning game drive before returning to camp at about 11h00 for a delicious brunch. This reserve is home to springbok, gemsbok, zebra and all the predators including brown hyena. This is the only place in Botswana where impala and springbok can be spotted together. Leisure time during the day.

Day 3: Nxai Pan NP / Makgadigadi GR
After a hearty breakfast we leave camp and our route takes us on an interesting day's drive. We stop en route at Kudiakam Pan, famous for its cluster of ancient Baobabs known as Baines Baobabs. Arrive late afternoon at our campsite in Makgadigadi Game Reserve. We game drive along the dry Boteti River where huge concentrations of zebras can be seen, and visit a permanent waterhole with hippo and crocodiles. Campfire dinner.
